The North American Aviation XB-70 Valkyrie was the prototype model of the deliberate B-70 nuclear-armed, deep-penetration supersonic strategic bomber for the US Air Pressure Strategic Air Command. Designed within the late Fifties by North American Aviation (NAA), the six-engined Valkyrie was able to cruising for hundreds of miles at Mach 3+ whereas flying at 70,000 toes (21,000 m).
