A South Korean navy brass band welcomed about 5,000 crew members from a U.S. plane service, because the hulking vessel docked at a navy port on Tuesday, in an illustration of energy by the allies as North Korea escalates its nuclear saber rattling. The U.S. Navy’s Provider Strike Group 11, led by its flagship, the plane service USS Nimitz, arrived on this southeastern metropolis after conducting joint drills with its South Korean counterpart.
