RFA Argus is a Major Casualty Receiving Ship of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary – the flagship ‘hospital ship’ of the UK’s Armed Forces.
Forces News has been given an unique tour of the floating medical facility, getting the prospect to see the working theatre, intensive care models, and even the fridges the place blood is saved.
In case of a battle or a disaster, RFA Argus has 100 beds on board and, in response to Lieutenant Dave Roper, the one CT scanner on board a British ship.
