Ukraine was attacked via a number of borders, the Ukrainian state border service stated early Thursday.
“At about 5:00 a.m., the state border of Ukraine within the space with the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus was attacked by Russian troops supported by Belarus,” the service stated.
It added that assaults are being carried out in Luhansk, Sumy, Kharkiv, Chernihiv and Zhytomyr areas — areas on the jap and northern borders of Ukraine. The assaults are focusing on border items, border patrols and checkpoints utilizing artillery, heavy tools and small arms, the border service stated.
“As well as, the assault takes place from the Autonomous Republic of Crimea facet,” stated the service.
Ukraine is firing again: It added that border guards, together with Ukraine’s Armed Forces and Nationwide Guard, are “firing on the enemy” relying on the state of affairs on the border.
