Ukrainian MP Alexey Goncharenko shared a video on Twitter of the alleged assault on an ammunition depot in Dzhankoy, Crimea.
He commented: “Crimea! Proper now, an ammunition depot in Dzhankoy exploded. Dzhankoy is a vital railway junction for the Russian military by means of which they switch weapons and personnel. Glory to Ukraine!”
The footage, which has not been independently verified, reveals fires raging and a collection of explosions.
In a second tweet, Mr Goncharenko claimed: “An electrical substation that labored for the railway additionally exploded in [Russian] occupied Dzhankoi. The motion of trains with ammunition has been stopped for a while.”
The Ukrainian MP continued: “Putin and [former Russian President Dmitry] Medvedev threatened doomsday for strikes on Crimea.
“Now, after many strikes on army services in Crimea, just one conclusion will be drawn: Putin understands solely energy. And after we present it, he’s instantly silent and tries to barter.”
