Ukraine alleges Russia introducing rubles in occupied territories of Kharkiv

The Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine on Sunday claimed that Moscow’s forces have begun introducing Russian rubles for cost in occupied territories of the Kharkiv area.
