Ukrainian civilians are “dying in our sight, 100 meters away,” and “we will’t get close to to them” amid the barrage of Russian shelling, Mamuka Mamulashvili says. “They’re dropping palms, legs. Generally we can not even discover the elements of civilians who had been bombed. . . . It’s not one incident. We’re seeing it every single day.”
