The Army’s DE M-SHORAD platoon, outfitted with a 50-kW laser system, is reaching a big milestone because the prototype New Gear Coaching and New Gear Fielding are underway. The delayed supply of the laser system was crucial to make sure environment friendly manufacturing and deployment, aligning with the RCCTO’s purpose of creating aggressive manufacturing processes for this system’s success.
