COTABATO CITY, Philippines — The artillery property of the Army’s sixth Infantry Division (ID) obtained a lift in firepower with the arrival of eight models of Autonomous Truck-Mounted Howitzer System or ATMOS 2000 from Israel on Friday.
The navy gear arrived on the Makar Port in Normal Santos Metropolis on Thursday.
“These are absolutely efficient artillery gear,” Maj. Gen. Roy Galido, sixth ID commander, stated. ”ATMOS is the most important gun within the Army arsenal to this point.”
