FORT STEWART, Ga. (WTOC) – Friday marked a brand new chapter of innovation at Fort Stewart. The third Infantry Division activated a brand new intelligence unit.
Friday morning’s ceremony marked the activation of the 103rd Intelligence and Digital Warfare Battalion. It’s the primary time in 18 years that it’s occurred.
Army leaders say that is the primary unit of its form to activate as a part of the Army’s effort to remodel their army intelligence. Comparable items will probably be activated at different bases sooner or later.
