In line with the Egyptian Armed Forces, the USA, Democratic Republic of Congo and Bahrain are collaborating within the train as observers.
Consultants from the Pink Crescent can even take part within the coaching to ascertain respect for the worldwide humanitarian legal guidelines governing armed conflicts.
The primary section of the coaching contains the opening ceremony, procedures for the combination and familiarisation of the collaborating items to unify ideas and an exhibition of weapons and gear used within the coaching, in addition to lectures within the fields of cybersecurity and worldwide humanitarian legal guidelines.
The joint navy train will proceed for a number of days at Mohamed Naguib Navy base and different coaching areas within the Northern Navy zone.
In September 2021, the earlier version of the train, Hercules-21, was held in Greece with the participation of Greece, Egypt and UAE.
