Royal Navy flagship HMS Queen Elizabeth has returned dwelling after finishing her first operational deployment as a part of the UK Service Strike Group 21 mission. 👋
The Strike Group, led by HMS Queen Elizabeth, has travelled 49,000 nautical miles to the Indo-Pacific and again on the deployment. 🌏
Eight different ships and a submarine made up the formation, together with Dutch frigate HNLMS Evertsen and US destroyer USS The Sullivans.
Commodore Steve Moorhouse, Commander UK Service Strike Group, has praised the “historic” deployment. 🗣️
