Daniel T. Pawlowski, 86
GREENWOOD – Dan Pawlowski handed via his life on August 11, 2022. Dan was born in Maryland. He enlisted within the U.S. Army in the course of the Korean battle, later within the U.S. Navy then later once more within the U.S. Army as a Special Forces Inexperienced Beret Employees Sergeant, Como. NCO. After receiving three Honorable Army Discharges, Dan joined the Bendix Area Engineering Corp. which later merged with the Allied Sign Corp. later merging with the Honeywell Company. Dan was an Newbie Radio Operator often known as WA3QGO, and a Docent at The Dover Air Power Base for a few years. He was a life member of the DAV and a life member of the American Legion put up 007 in Harrington, Delaware.
Dan was a Renaissance man main him to an project at NASA’s Goddard Area Flight Middle the place he labored for over 25 years. It was later found that in his earlier army service a medical situation resulted within the VA awarding him a 100% incapacity. That situation resulted in his demise. Dan leaves behind his beloved spouse of 46 years, Frances; 4 youngsters, Michael Pawlowski, Cynthia D’Agostino, Leslie Cardullo (Nicholas), and Stephanie Hyde; eight grandchildren, Danielle Hoover, Katelynn Boyer, Rachel Shelton, Benjamin Meyers, Nicholas (Little Man) Howarth, Dalton Calimer, Robert D’Agostino (Dec), Matthew Pawlowski; and 4 great-grandchildren, Caden Baker, Micah Shelton, Maverick Boyer, and Myah Shelton.

A Funeral Service for Dan will happen on Monday, August 15, 2022, on the Melvin Funeral Residence, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington, at 12 p.m. A visitation for household and buddies will begin at 11 a.m. Interment might be at 2 p.m. on the Delaware Veterans Cemetery, Millsboro.
