A mixed Russian Navy and China’s Folks’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) fleet continues to sail in worldwide waters east of Japan’s most important island of Honshu, whereas Japan Maritime Self-Protection Pressure ships and plane monitor the fleet throughout its voyage.
