Jack is a 32-year veteran of the Central Intelligence Company (“CIA”). Mr. Devine served as each Performing Director and Affiliate Director of CIA’s operations outdoors america from 1993-1995, the place he had supervisory authority over 1000’s of CIA workers concerned in delicate missions all through the world.
