FORT BLISS, Texas (AP) — A tactical automobile crashed Friday at Fort Bliss in Texas, killing a soldier and injuring 5 others, the bottom reported.
The accident occurred at about 9:30 a.m. in a base coaching space, authorities mentioned.
The identify of the lifeless soldier, the circumstances of the injured and particulars of the accident weren’t instantly launched.
“Our ideas and prayers are with the Soldier’s household, mates and colleagues throughout this troublesome time,” Maj. Gen. James P. Isenhower III, senior commander of Fort Bliss and commander of the first Armored Division, mentioned in an announcement.
Fort Bliss is dwelling to the first Armored Division.
