DEL RIO, Texas (AP) — A crash involving two jet trainers Friday left a pilot lifeless and two different pilots injured, one critically, on the Laughlin Air Drive Base in West Texas, Air Drive officers mentioned.
It occurred about 10 a.m. on the bottom on the base close to Del Rio, Texas, which is about 3 miles northeast of the Mexican border. The Air Drive didn’t launch particulars Friday on what occurred, and mentioned the incident was nonetheless below investigation.
The critically injured pilot was taken to Brooke Army Medical Heart in San Antonio, about 140 miles east of the bottom, in response to an Air Drive assertion.
