DALLAS — A former Navy SEAL who has claimed to have fired the pictures that killed Osama bin Laden was arrested final week in Frisco.
Robert J. O’Neill, 47, was booked into jail Wednesday, based on Collin County data, and launched on $3,500 bond the identical day. O’Neill didn’t reply to requests for remark, and it was not clear whether or not he had an legal professional.
