MIAMI — Ten Cuban migrants in a sinking vessel have been rescued off the Florida coast, in accordance with the Coast Guard.
A Coast Guard boat noticed the vessel Thursday about 40 miles (about 64 kilometers) off Key Largo, the Coast Guard mentioned in a tweet.
