Russian bombardment has decreased most of Sievierodonetsk to rubble and reduce its inhabitants from 100,000 to 10,000. Some Ukrainian troops are holed up within the big Azot chemical manufacturing unit on town’s edge, together with about 500 civilians. A separatist consultant, Ivan Filiponenko, stated forces evacuated 800 civilians from the plant throughout the evening, Interfax reported.
