Vice Adm. Thomas Ishee, commander, U.S. Sixth Fleet, visited Naval Station (NAVSTA) Rota, Spain and hosted a Commander Process Drive (CTF) Commanders Convention onboard the bottom, Feb. 8-9, 2024.
