SAN FRANCISCO — A former Air Drive sergeant plans to alter his not responsible plea within the deadly taking pictures of a federal safety officer in Northern California throughout 2020 protests towards police brutality, court docket data filed Monday confirmed.
Steven Carrillo, 33, pleaded not responsible in July 2020 within the killing of David Patrick Underwood, who was shot on Might 29, 2020, whereas he stood in a guard shack in entrance of a federal constructing in Oakland.
