In 1972, the Crimson Arrows launched into Operation Longbow – an bold mission taking the Royal Air Pressure’s show staff from Nice Britain, throughout the Arctic Circle and on to the USA.
They had been friends of honour at what turned the world’s largest air present, the U.S. Worldwide Transportation Exposition at Washington’s Dulles Airport.
