Air Power Materiel Command uniformed and civilian Airmen are invited to submit progressive, game-changing concepts to compete within the 2023 Air Power Spark Tank competitors now, with preliminary rounds open from June 1 to August 17, 2022.
The highest 5, most progressive and game-changing AFMC concepts will probably be “pitched” to a panel of AFMC senior leaders in October 2022. The panel will choose the highest two concepts as the key command nominees for the 2023 Air Power-wide Spark Tank competitors.
Concepts should be submitted through the Guardians and Airmen Innovation Community, or GAIN app, hosted on the Division of Protection’s Platform One, and they need to have the potential to make important impacts on Air Power missions inside a six-month to two-year time-frame. The GAIN software will probably be used for all ranges of the Spark Tank competitors.
